The Township of Russell invites the public to the 2026 Photo Expo, this Saturday, September 19, in the Grande Grange behind the Russell Arena. A record 225 photographs, taken by 74 photographers, will be presented under the theme “Cultivation”. The four winning works will be unveiled at noon and added to the outdoor exhibition on the Embrun Recreational Trail.
