Casselman has launched the Local Francophone Immigration Committee to become a welcoming Francophone Community by 2028.
The objective is to attract and retain Francophone immigrants in order to address an estimated 1,000 jobs in Prescott-Russell and support Francophone cultural vitality. The municipality is banking on its socio-economic dynamism, its real estate projects and its assets as a crossroads city.
